The biggest bunch of balloons you have ever seen? Novel goes all out to create magic and capture the results with these one of a kind sessions. Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hrs notice if you need to reschedule your booking. Sessions are not refundable but can be transferred once to an alternate date and time.
